After passing out from the Marine Academy in 1996, I joined ‘’Intrans shipping company’’ as 3rd Officer. After serving for 3 months, I joined Unicom Company as 3rd Officer on their tankers (product and OBO). I was promoted in 2000 to the rank of 2nd Officer in the same company. Left Unicom in 2001 and joined ‘V Ships’ Norway as 2nd Officer and sailed on their OBO until 2002. In 2003 I joined Tanker Pacific, Singapore as 2nd Officer. I was promoted to Chief Officer in 2004 on one of their tankers. Left Tanker Pacific in 2008 and joined ‘Stena Bulk- NMM’ as Chief Officer and sailed on their tanker. Till June-2010 I was working as chief officer on an Aframax size crude oil tanker with the NMM-Stena Bulk, Glasgow.(experience on Aframax and Suezmax with multinational crew). Left Stena in 2010 and joined “Capital Ship management corp.” as Chief Officer and was promoted to Master in 2012 on one of their Suezmax tankers. Left Capital in 2013 and joined ITM/ V Ships and sailed on their Suezmax tanker till 2015. 2015 joined D'Amico Tankers and sailed on their Crude oil tanker till 2016 with full Indian crew on board. 2016 Genmar/ Selandia Crewing. 2017- joined AMPTC and sailed on their Crude oil/ Product tankers till 2018 with mixed crew on board. 2019- joined OceanGold Tankers on their Crude oil/ Product tankers and sail till present time with mixed crew on board. I have good ice navigation, STS, SBM (underway, at anchor and double banking) and FSO (4 contract) experience. I hold all the relevant certificates. I am fluent in English in both the spoken as well as the written standards. I am familiar with computerized PMS (AMOS, FORTUNE, NS5 etc.), and have attended to 2000, 2004, 2011 and 2013 dry docking. I’m holding Master COC and I have tandem berthing experience. I am healthy and can work as the situation demands. I am seeking to change company but can work with a mixed crew and looking for long term employment. Overall experience on board oil tanker is 28 years in marine aspects, Good skills in maneuvering vessels. Experienced with Classification Society Rules and Statutory Regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL). Computer Skills - Excellent-Windows, Microsoft Office, Loading/ Stability Programs. Personality Ambitious, optimist, sociable (team worker), good leadership, team builder, with a great work potential. Self-motivated and achievement orientated, commercial acumen.
